Access Admin Panel
This page shows the correct admin URLs and the normal login flow for RoboExchanger.
Admin panel URLs
Use these URLs after installation:
- Admin login:
https://your-domain.com/admin/login - Admin dashboard:
https://your-domain.com/admin - Forgot password:
https://your-domain.com/admin/forgot-password
How to log in
- Open the admin login page.
- Enter the admin email address you created during installation.
- Enter the admin password you created during installation.
- Click the sign in button.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, complete the extra verification step.
- After success, you will enter the admin dashboard.
Login field guide

First thing to do after login
For a clean and safe setup, check these items first:
- Update general website settings
- Configure SMTP or your mail service
- Add or review payment gateways
- Check currencies and exchange directions
- Enable two-factor authentication for admin security
Where the first admin account comes from
The first admin account is created during the installation process.
Use the same admin email and password that you entered in the installer form.
If another admin created your account later from Admin Management, your first password is sent to your email automatically.
If you cannot access the admin panel
You see the installer page
The application is not fully installed yet. Complete the install process first at /install.
You are redirected to the license center
The application needs a valid active license. Refresh or reactivate the license first.
Login does not work
Check these points:
- You are using the correct admin email
- You are using the correct password
- Your installation finished successfully
- You are using the admin login page, not a customer login page
The page keeps returning to login
Check these points:
- your browser accepts cookies
- your session is not blocked by server or cache rules
- captcha or two-factor settings are configured correctly
- the admin account is still active
You forgot the password
Use the admin password reset page:
/admin/forgot-password
Security recommendation
Use a strong password for every admin account and enable email or Google Authenticator based two-factor authentication from the admin profile area.
