Customer Exchange List
The exchange history page helps the customer track previous orders.

Table columns

Reference | Unique order reference number |
Direction | Send currency to receive currency |

Details | Opens the full customer exchange details page |
Search
The table search can help the customer find orders by:
- reference number
- status
- send currency
- receive currency
Details page
The Details button opens the customer exchange details page for that order.
That page shows:
- reference number
- status
- created date and time
- send details
- receive details
- fee details
- payment details if submitted
- proof files if available
- transaction hash if completed
- refund proof if refunded
- hold or decline reason if the admin added one
What the customer should check first
If the customer says an order has a problem, ask them to check:
- the order reference
- the current status
- the payment details they submitted
- whether a reason was added for
on-holdordeclined - whether a transaction hash or proof was added
Difference between this page and the public order page
The customer exchange list is the account history page.
The public Order Page and Reviews is the live order tracking page linked to one specific order reference.
Both are useful, but they are not the same screen.
