Rates Page
The rates page helps visitors check available exchange pairs before creating an order.

What the page does
The page shows available exchange routes grouped by send currency.
Visitors can:
- filter by send currency
- filter by receive currency
- see current reserve
- open the exchange page directly
- send a reserve request if they need more reserve
Top filters

You Send | Filters the list by send currency | This also refreshes the receive dropdown |
You Receive | Filters the list by receive currency | This works after the send side is selected |
If both fields are empty, the page shows the full rate list.
Rate table columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
To Currency | The currency or payment method the customer will receive |
From Rate | The send-side rate value |
To Rate | The receive-side rate value |
Our Reserve | The current reserve shown for the receive side |
Want More? | Opens the reserve request form |
Exchange | Opens the exchange form for that exact pair |
Reserve request from the rates page
If reserve is too low, the user can click Want More?.
This opens a reserve request form.
Reserve request field guide

Amount | The amount the customer wants to receive | Required |
Comment | Extra details about the request | Optional |
After submission, the request appears later in the customer area under Customer -> Reserve Request.
When the Exchange button is used
The Exchange button opens the public exchange page for that route.
That means the customer can go directly from:
Rates Page -> Exchange Page -> Order Flow

Common mistakes
- choosing only the receive filter without choosing the send filter first
- reading
Our Reserveas a guaranteed order approval instead of a current visible reserve - entering symbols or numbers in the reserve request name field
- sending a reserve request without enough detail in the amount or comment
Good support answer for customers
If a customer says, "I cannot exchange because reserve is low," the best answer is usually:
