Customer Review List
The customer review page shows past reviews and lets the customer add a review for eligible orders.

What the page shows
The page has two jobs:
- show reviews already submitted by the customer
- show the
Add Reviewbutton if the customer still has confirmed exchanges with no review
Which exchanges can appear in the review form
Only these orders can be reviewed from this page:
- the exchange belongs to the logged-in customer
- the exchange status is
confirmed - the exchange does not already have a review from that customer

What happens after submission
The review may become public immediately, or it may wait for admin approval.
That depends on the review approval setting.

Common mistakes
- trying to review an order that is still
pendingorwaiting - expecting the exchange dropdown to show cancelled or declined orders
- writing a review longer than the allowed maximum length
- trying to add a second review for the same exchange
Faster method
Customers can also add a review directly from the Order Page and Reviews page after the order is confirmed.
