Customer Dashboard
The customer area starts after login.
Main URL:
https://yourdomain.com/customer/dashboard
This area helps a customer manage orders, reviews, profile data, referrals, withdrawals, and support.

The customer sidebar can contain these pages:

Dashboard page
The dashboard shows summary widgets. Depending on the account, it may show:
- available balance
- total exchanges
- completed exchanges
- pending exchanges
- total reviews
- total referrals
- referral earning
- pending reserve requests
- discount
- profit share
- verification progress
What each customer page means
| Menu item | What it is for |
|---|---|
Exchange History | Shows the customer’s exchange list and exchange details |
Review | Shows submitted reviews and lets the customer review confirmed orders that are still not reviewed |
Referral | Shows referral links, invited users, and bonus history |
Referral Dashboard | Shows monitor-based affiliate performance if this extra feature is assigned to the customer |
Withdraw | Lets the customer request payout from affiliate balance |
Reserve Request | Shows reserve requests previously sent from the rates page |
Support Tickets | Lets the customer create and follow ticket conversations |
Profile and Update Profile | Lets the customer manage personal data, photo, cover photo, and profile details |
Verification | Lets the customer complete KYC when required |
Security & Sessions | Lets the customer update password and security settings |
Important note for admins
The Referral Dashboard item is not shown to every customer.
It appears only when the customer has an assigned exchange monitor.
