What the page shows

The page has two main parts:

  • contact information list
  • contact form

The contact information list may include:

  • email
  • phone
  • Telegram
  • WhatsApp
  • office address
  • other support links

Contact form field guide

Good message example

The best message usually includes:

  • the order reference if the user already has one
  • what happened
  • what they expected
  • what payment method was used
  • what help they need

What happens after submission

Depending on website settings, the form may do one or both of these actions:

  • send the message by email
  • create a support ticket

So the customer may receive either:

  • a normal success message
  • a support-ticket-created message
  • or both

Common mistakes

  • entering an invalid email address
  • writing only "help" with no real details
  • forgetting the order reference
  • failing captcha
  • using the contact form for questions already answered in the FAQ
