What this page controls
Use this section for public contact items such as:
- email address
- phone number
- WhatsApp link
- Telegram link
- other support or social contact methods
These contact items are shown on the public contact page.
Contacts List page
The list page is not only for viewing contacts.
It also supports quick actions such as:
- changing status
- changing sort order
- updating contact data
- updating contact link
- opening the full edit page
- deleting a contact item
Contacts form field guide
| Field | What it means | Validation or good input |
|---|---|---|
System Name | Label shown before the contact value | Required. Use a clear name such as Email, Phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram |
Contact Data | The visible contact value shown to users | Required. Up to 255 characters |
Contact Link | The link users open when they click the contact item | Required. Up to 255 characters |
Sort Order | Display order on the contact page | Required numeric value. Lower numbers usually appear first |
Status | Published or draft state | Published items are shown, draft items stay hidden |
Icon | Small contact icon | Required when creating a new contact item |
How to fill Contact Data
Contact Data is the value the user reads on the screen.
Good examples:

How to fill Contact Link
Contact Link is the clickable value.
The application accepts several common formats:
Phone number
If you enter only digits or a phone number with +, the system will treat it as a phone link.
Example:
+880123456789
Email address
If you enter a normal email address, the system will treat it as an email link.
Example:
Full website link
If you enter a full URL, the system will use it directly.
Example:
https://t.me/yourcompany
Website link without https://
If you enter a website address without https://, the system will try to open it as a web link.
Example:
t.me/yourcompany
No link
If you want the item to stay non-actionable, use:

Common mistakes
- writing the wrong clickable link in
Contact Link - writing display text in
Contact Linkinstead of the real destination - leaving important contacts in draft status
- using the same sort order for everything and getting a messy display
- forgetting the icon when creating a new item
- entering a Telegram or WhatsApp value that users cannot actually open
