This section stores contact methods shown on the website.

What this page controls​

Use this section for public contact items such as:

  • email address
  • phone number
  • WhatsApp link
  • Telegram link
  • other support or social contact methods

These contact items are shown on the public contact page.

Contacts List page​

The list page is not only for viewing contacts.

It also supports quick actions such as:

  • changing status
  • changing sort order
  • updating contact data
  • updating contact link
  • opening the full edit page
  • deleting a contact item

Contacts form field guide​

FieldWhat it meansValidation or good input

How to fill Contact Data​

Contact Data is the value the user reads on the screen.

Good examples:

Contact Link is the clickable value.

The application accepts several common formats:

Phone number​

If you enter only digits or a phone number with +, the system will treat it as a phone link.

Example:

+880123456789

Email address​

If you enter a normal email address, the system will treat it as an email link.

Example:

[email protected]

If you enter a full URL, the system will use it directly.

Example:

https://t.me/yourcompany

If you enter a website address without https://, the system will try to open it as a web link.

Example:

t.me/yourcompany

If you want the item to stay non-actionable, use:

Email contact​

Phone contact​

  • System Name: Phone
  • Contact Data: +880123456789
  • Contact Link: +880123456789

Telegram contact​

  • System Name: Telegram
  • Contact Data: @yourcompany
  • Contact Link: https://t.me/yourcompany

WhatsApp contact​

  • System Name: WhatsApp
  • Contact Data: Chat on WhatsApp
  • Contact Link: https://wa.me/880123456789

Common mistakes​

  • writing the wrong clickable link in Contact Link
  • writing display text in Contact Link instead of the real destination
  • leaving important contacts in draft status
  • using the same sort order for everything and getting a messy display
  • forgetting the icon when creating a new item
  • entering a Telegram or WhatsApp value that users cannot actually open

If save fails​

Check these points first:

  • System Name is filled
  • Contact Data is filled
  • Contact Link is filled
  • Sort Order is numeric
  • Status is selected
  • Icon is uploaded on create

Best practice​

  • use clear names so admins understand each item
  • keep links valid and updated
  • sort important contact methods first
  • use published status only for items ready for public use
  • also review Social & Contact for global contact data
