Title and slug

The admin form can generate the slug from the title automatically.

That means:

  • write the title first
  • review the slug before saving
  • keep the slug simple and readable

Good slug examples:

  • how-to-track-your-order
  • verification-document-guide
  • exchange-processing-time

What Published and Draft mean

  • Published: the post can appear on the public blog page
  • Draft: the post stays hidden until you are ready

Use Draft while the content is still being reviewed.

The featured photo is important because it is used in blog presentation and the public post view.

For best results:

  • use a clear image
  • avoid blurry or stretched pictures
  • use one main image that matches the article topic

Content field

The Content field uses a rich text editor.

Use it for:

  • paragraphs
  • headings
  • lists
  • simple formatted text

Write content that is easy to read on both desktop and mobile.

SEO fields

These fields help search engines and social previews understand the post better.

SEO Title

Use this when you want a search-friendly title that may be slightly different from the normal blog title.

SEO Focus Keyword

Use one clear keyword or keyword phrase.

Meta Description

Write a short summary that explains what the post is about.

Public blog behavior

Published blog posts can appear in places such as:

  • the public blog page
  • the blog details page
  • homepage blog section, if enabled

Blog pages can also show:

  • advertisement blocks
  • partner section
  • comments

Comments

From the blog list, admins can open the Comments page for one post.

This is useful when:

  • you want to review discussion under a post
  • you want to remove low-quality comments
  • comment approval is not automatic

Common mistakes

  • writing a title that is too long
  • using a slug that already exists
  • publishing a post before checking the content
  • forgetting the featured image on create
  • leaving SEO fields empty for important posts
  • writing very long paragraphs that are hard to read

If save fails

Check these points first:

  • Title is filled
  • Slug is filled and not already used by another post
  • Status is selected
  • Content is not empty
  • Featured Photo is uploaded on create

Good writing practice

  • use a clear title
  • keep the intro short
  • break long text into smaller paragraphs
  • use headings for longer posts
  • update old posts when business rules change

Best practice

  • use a short and clear title
  • keep the slug simple and readable
  • add a featured image for every published post
  • fill the SEO fields for important articles
  • place blog ads through Advertisements if needed
  • review comments regularly if blog discussion is active
