Important save rule
The example document upload area uses a different form from the switch and notice areas.
That means you must save each section separately.
Common mistakes
- enabling KYC checks before writing clear instructions
- uploading unclear sample files that confuse customers
- changing one section and forgetting to save that section
- enabling document, selfie, or address verification without telling users what format is acceptable
Best practice
- keep the required verification steps as simple as your compliance policy allows
- upload clear example images for every enabled document type
- write short notices with real examples
- test the customer verification page after major changes
