Maintenance Settings

Menu path: Admin -> Settings -> Maintenance Settings

Route: /admin/settings/maintenance

Use this page when you need to put the website into maintenance mode.

Main fields​

  • Website Under Maintenance: Turn maintenance mode on or off.
  • Page Title: Browser page title.
  • Sub Title: Small maintenance subtitle.
  • Title: Main maintenance heading.
  • Maintenance End Time: End time for the maintenance page countdown.
  • Description: Main maintenance message.

Important note​

The end time should follow the expected application format and is handled in UTC.

Best practice​

  • Write a clear message for customers.
  • Add a realistic maintenance end time.
  • Prepare the maintenance page logo in Logo Settings.
