Notification Settings

This page controls which events send notifications and how fast campaigns can be delivered.

Before you change anything

This page only turns events on or off.

It does not create SMTP, Telegram, or SMS connections by itself.

Configure these first:

Email notification switches

Reserve request notifications

The reserve request notification switches are used with:

Use them like this:

  • Email -> Reserve Request: sends reserve request email updates to the request email address
  • Telegram -> Reserve Request: sends reserve request Telegram alerts when Telegram is configured
  • Telegram -> Send Copy to Admin: can send an admin copy for new pending reserve requests

Before you enable these switches, make sure these are already working:

SMS notification switches

Broadcast delivery limits

FieldWhat it means

Per HourMaximum campaign messages processed each hour

Use 0 to disable one specific limit.

All limit values should be whole numbers that are 0 or greater.

Support ticket automation

Contact Form Creates TicketCreates a support ticket automatically when someone submits the contact form

Common mistakes

  • enabling email events before SMTP is working
  • enabling Telegram events before the bot token and chat ID are correct
  • setting broadcast limits too low, then campaigns look stuck or very slow
  • turning on support ticket automation without planning who will check the new tickets

Best practice

  • test one notification channel before enabling all of them
  • use broadcast limits to protect your mail or Telegram service
  • keep admin copy alerts enabled only for events you really need
